Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Days – 2016
The Municipality of Marmora & Lake is offering two household hazardous waste drop-off days this year. June 11th & August 27th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm each time. The drop site is the Municipal Parking lot, 19 Bursthall Street, Marmora.
Items include: hazardous items from the kitchen, garage/shed, workshop & other items such as batteries, medicine, mothballs & stain remover — & the list goes on. Electronics will also be accepted such as computers, printers, radios, speakers, phones, televisions & VCR/DVD players.
Retain the yellow slip included with your initial 2016 property tax installment information for future reference. Mark these dates in your agenda or on a calendar.
