VISIT BY THE MARMORA & LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO SHAWANO AREA
On June 24th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Mike Levi, the Interim Fire Chief of the Marmora and Lake Fire Department will be at the Marmora and Lake Sand Dome on Steenburg Lake Road North. The purpose of this visit is to address community concerns and provide information to residents regarding Marmora and Lake bylaws related to fire regulations.
We urge property owners to come out and have their concerns addressed regarding Fire Bans, (Total vs Restricted), Daytime versus Nighttime Burning, the relationship between the Marmora and Lake Fire Department and the Limerick Fire Department, or any other Fire Department related questions.
We look forward to having informative and respectful conversations with the Fire Chief and the Marmora and Lake Fire Department.
