Mandatory: Wearing of an approved helmet, vehicle licenced and licence paper carried, vehicle insured and insurance paper carried, obey all municipal by-laws including speed limits. NOTE: Side by Side vehicles are not classified as ATV’s and therefore are not permitted to drive on any highways, streets and rural roads and should only be operated on trails or private property.
