Special Garbage Drop Off Days – 2017
IMPORTANT DATE TO NOTEThe Special Garbage pickup will be held on SEPTEMBER 30 not October 7 as stated in the Loons Call.
Drop off will be at the township roads depot on North Steenburg Lake Rd. between
9am until 12 noon.
Please do not drop off items there before that date.

Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Days – 2017
The Municipality of Marmora & Lake is offering two household hazardous waste drop-off days this year.
June 10 and August 26 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm each time. The drop site is the Municipal Parking lot, 19 Bursthall Street, Marmora.
Items include: hazardous items from the kitchen, garage/shed, workshop & other items such as batteries, medicine, mothballs & stain remover — & the list goes on. Electronics will also be accepted such as computers, printers, radios, speakers, phones, televisions & VCR/DVD players.
Retain the yellow slip included with your initial 2016 property tax installment information for future reference. Mark these dates in your agenda or on a calendar.
